We have an opening for a 5th Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for a dedicated, student-centered educator passionate about building strong classroom culture, developing meaningful relationships with students and families, and collaborating with a grade-level team. A background in math and science is preferred for this role.

Your Role Will Include:

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned daily instruction across all subjects, with a primary focus on math and science.
Co-construct lesson plans with your grade-level team to ensure consistent learning objectives and outcomes for all students.
Use data to drive instruction, provide targeted interventions, and extend student learning.
Build a structured, positive classroom environment with clear routines and high expectations.
Develop strong, positive relationships with students and families.
Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and administration.
Participate in PLCs, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Arizona Department of Education Certification preferred. Highly Qualified through AEPA/NES testing or equivalent accepted.
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required prior to start date.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a K-8 or K-12 classroom setting preferred.
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and continuous growth.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range is $56,800 to $64,500 per year based on education and experience.
